Nice but value dropped over time

This is a decent place to live, the reason the value plummeted for me is because Envoy was removed from the premises. Envoy was the main reason we chose this property over the others since I dont want to own a car while living in Midtown because its such a nightmare. And I never knew there was even a chance it could have been removed. So, since I drive a lot for work, the cost of living here has skyrocketed for me since I now have to rent vehicles on a weekly basis until I buy one. And besides that, the homeless population in the area is just out of control. Human waste, the trash constantly left behind, people getting harrassed, all on a daily basis. With that said; the customer service and building/maintenance staff have been amazing and it doesnt go unnoticed. But the other things I mentioned unfortunately outweigh the positives here.

Enjoyed living at 19j

I loved most the morning sunrise views and rooftop sunset views from living here past couple of years. I also really love that I was walking distance to many restaurants and the Starbucks being across the street. I didn't care for the parking spot I got for the price but oh well-couple of times someone parked in my spot which was annoying. Staff here has been friendly and it's a nice building to live in. I also liked the lounge area and used the gym occasionally.

Almost perfect... except one thing

Everything is cool about living in this building. The only thing that I'm unsatisfied with and I don't understand is the bathroom door... which is a slide door with no lock... can't even close it firmly. I honestly don't see any advantage in that.
