The quality if these apartments has gone down severely in the past 2 years. New neighbors are loud and leave dog poop and trash everywhere. Manager doesn't fix any issues and the apartments are very neglected while rent prices and utilities rise.

Maintenance is only available Tuesdays and Wednesdays and if on housing they put your needs last. Parking is horrendous as other neighbors take up the front spaces and are always loud screaming outside their apartments. Also a problem with Amazon package theives in the area

I just want to say Genesis is very sweet not just to me in general its her personality its her job and i can tell she loves helping thw best way she gives Palmbrook management. As soon asbi applied it did not take long for me to be approve she communicated with me the whole time keeping me updated even when i email her her shes very responsive as she show me qeound she made me feel comfortable as if im suppose to be here I hesitated at first look at few more places bit i dint feel like i was at home so i reach out again to Genesis at PalmBrook as ask her was the unit still available and we went from there THANK YOU GENESIS !!!!! IM REALLY GRATEFUL AND IM HAPPY I WORK WITH YOU

These apartments are one of the more affordable ones in the downtown Redlands area yet management takes forever to get to tasks involving any sort of repairs small or large and there are also many smaller issues at hand which add up to make the place livable but not comfortably
