Pet limit 2 allowed. *per pet. *breed restrictions apply. BREED RESTRICTIONS AND GUIDELINES We are happy to hear that you and your pet have decided to make Redlands Lawn and Tennis your home. Before you move-in, we ask that you review our breed restrictions. Please note that we do not have weight limits. In addition, a photo, veterinarian shot records and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community. Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy. Please see our leasing associates for more details. Security Deposit $400.00 per pet (2-pet limit). Pet Rent $50.00 a month per pet.
