Excellent Maintenance Staff

Edward from Maintenance is extremely helpful. I got locked out of my apartment and he showed up right away to let me in. Another time, drain was clogged in the shower and the maintenance staff took care of it in a timely manner. Very efficient!!

Since the change of the Investors, I can see the huge difference between Lincoln properties and the new owner(s). First, there was no introduction by the new entity of the owner(s) and in the past , the prior new owners introduced themselves with all residents getting a flyer on their door, that was not the case, second, I made a personnel visit to the office the very first week to meet any office staff, that I might get a sense of what time of staff I might have to deal with, and when I introduced myself, I got a very Luke warm hello, or any interests into how long I been a resident, and the manager attempting to give me an overview of why I should feel welcomes and or of any value to the New "owner(s). Then on something so basic as paying rent, there again was a failure to communicate clearly, and in a helpful way how that was to be done with the residents. Case in point, normally at the end of the month , a notice of rent due was sent out to all residents, today is the 1st of March and there is no reminder and or email to conveniently take me to the portal, and instead, I am having to look back at one email I received on a new registration for rental payments, and source my way to that portal. This is very very poor management and planning, and as a long standing resident tells me I need to find my way out of this situation. I hope someone with high authority will reply to me, directly at 909-228-6247, Steven M. Hernandez.

Yes. Correct, the apartment is a very clean, very accommodating staff and friendly too. Lived here for quite a long time and never experienced any trouble. Will surely be seeing me for the next years.

Very nice place to live!

I am living for quite a long time now. I never experienced any trouble in any means. Living is here is like living in your home. You experience the comfort you should feel. Best value for your money. Would sure be staying here for the next years.
