Could use some work.

Overall, I believe the apartment is nice. I do also believe that although it was recently re-renovated, there are still things that need replacing, including the pipes in the bathroom which always leave a white residue which we believe is calcium buildup. There are also a couple more things that seem to be a little out of date and could use some work!

First Home

We are a family of four and this is our first place. This was the best option for me and my family. I compared several places before choosing this one and it was the best in price for a renovated unit. The property has open parking and is quiet, you have kids enjoying the out doors this is the only noise you hear. My children also enjoy the open grass space and cleanliness of the property. The front office was courteous, patient and informative. Mr Hawkins made our move in experience one to remember he was respectful and professional. Although a few things needed to be maintenenced all was done within a couple days. Mr Hawkins made it easy to communicate and efficient at getting in done in a timely manner. We love our new home.
