The primary focus of any maintenance issues, should be fixing our gate to our gated community. Im tired of seeing homeless people digging through our trash and report of people stealing mufflers.

My husband and I have lived here for over 13 years. We're happy with the community. The units offer privacy with attached parking and optional detached garages for a fee. Parking can be a challenge for guests, so it's best to coordinate ahead of time. The community is generally quiet, with a pleasant neighborhood vibe and some units offering views of Mount Baldy. Maintenance is responsive. While there's been staff turnover over the years, we've had no issues communicating our needs or concerns. Pets are allowed for a fee. The location is central, with easy access to major grocery stores and shopping centers, including Ontario Mills. Commuting to nearby cities is relatively simple—it's a 12-minute drive to Ontario Airport and about 50 minutes to LA on good days. Overall, our experience has been positive.
