Pet Policy

Pet Friendly -  $25 pet rent for cats $50 pet rent for dogs. $500 Pet Deposit (Dogs and cats). 

Restrictions apply – If animals are accepted at the Avenue5 Community where application is made, no more than two animals each weighing 40 pounds or less full-grown are allowed per apartment. One pet up to 75 lbs is permitted on the 1st floor only. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. A $500 deposit will be required per pet. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
