Lived here for five years the girls in the office chili Dulce and Laura will go above and beyond to try and help you out as much as they can. It’s quiet amenities are great maintenance tries their hardest to get stuff done on time.

Keep windows closed as many a neighbor smokes all manner of smokes in this non smoking facility. Don’t drink the water as periodic water pipe flushes from water well are brown. Location can’t be beat. Rents keep rising despite national average declines in rents. Staff is mostly easy to interact with. Maintenance staff is stellar. Be prepared for someone to park in your space because it’s only for five minutes.

Overall we are satisfied with theliving space and layout. If you have someone above you, you will hear them. I like that the living room separates the 2 bedrooms. Learning that people don't respect others. Parking is good for tenants as you have a garage. Guest parking is not available. At all. Moved in during covid so office has been open sporadically and still is for some reason. They never answer the phone and mailbox is full. Maintenance is overwhelmed and under staffed.

I like MY apartment because I have made it a home. But the complex itself is lacking in lots of areas. I stay because moving is expensive. But I look all the time for something different. I think the problem is this is a company that does the bare minimum and doesn't really care about its tenants
