Needs Improving

I have lived here for over 6 years and my main issues are: -Garbage area was better and cleaner when I wasn't paying for it. It wreaks from overflow and I feel I need to wear a hazmat suit to go in that area. -The parking lot needs more lighting at night -For residents with older units I don't feel it's fair to increase rent without some upgrades. -Not allowing doormats is just wrong. Looks like a Motel instead of a home.

The staff here are really great. Very kind and responsive. The grounds are lovely and the apartments are very nice. And of course, the location is FABULOUS.
