I love living here. The management and maintenance staff are very nice people and they respond quickly. I also love the swimming pool and bbq.

Small things are 'off'. The design decisions of the interior of the apts are odd. Shower curtain rod that sticks out when there is no space, Light switches in odd positions or height. Overall contractor work quality is not great. Should have used tankless water heaters. Staff is friendly.

For the rent, I feel there could be better maintenance of certain areas. The grounds are filthy especially near trash aeas and elevator. Poor lighting outside. We need more security to help with tenant noise. Parking is the worst.I have older unit that needs repairs that I have asked for several times to no avail.
