The attention to detail is evident, from the stylish finishes to the well-thought-out layouts that maximize space and comfort. Not to mention, the community areas are impeccably maintained and provide a fantastic setting for relaxation and socializing! What truly sets Oxnard Wagon Wheel apart, however, is the outstanding management team. A huge shout-out to **Stephanie and Mandie**! Their dedication and professionalism have made my transition seamless and enjoyable. From my very first interaction, they went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I felt welcomed. They genuinely care about the residents and are always available to assist with any concerns. It’s rare to find such attentive and accommodating management! I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. Our rent did increase which was disappointing. This complex has cute new apartments with updated cabinets, appliances, and flooring. Although nice my fiancé and I have noticed a couple of things that have seemed to break very easily and do not last long. For example, Our cabinet doors became loose and stripped the screws. We did have one issue here where apartment-above pipe broke and leaked into our closet causing water damage. These issues were addressed quickly by maintenance and staff. The staff were friendly, quick, and accommodating during the water leak. The pool and bbq areas are really nice. The apartment feels safe and they are always updating security around the complex. Overall this is a nice place to live!
