Good Review

I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. Our rent did increase which was disappointing. This complex has cute new apartments with updated cabinets, appliances, and flooring. Although nice my fiancé and I have noticed a couple of things that have seemed to break very easily and do not last long. For example, Our cabinet doors became loose and stripped the screws. We did have one issue here where apartment-above pipe broke and leaked into our closet causing water damage. These issues were addressed quickly by maintenance and staff. The staff were friendly, quick, and accommodating during the water leak. The pool and bbq areas are really nice. The apartment feels safe and they are always updating security around the complex. Overall this is a nice place to live!

Safe but Noisy

The location is quite convenient, as it is near the freeway and close to grocery stores and shopping. I feel quite safe as well, for the building is quite difficult to access without the key fob. While its location is excellent, and I feel quite secure, the noise levels can be quite excessive. The walls are thin, and several of my neighbors enjoy loud music with a great deal of bass. As the building is of an unusual shape, it allows for echoing, so the music, as well as the screams of small children, can be heard in surround sound at almost all hours. Additionally, the loading zone at the entrance to the parking lot attracts a great deal of youth who loiter and skateboard, and a slightly older set of younger adults who line up their cars in anticipation of cruising the city, all of whom play loud music with a great deal of bass, which echoes and disrupts the peace. These individuals are careful not to arrive before 5:00 P.M. when the front office closes, and I do not feel as if the Archon Courtesy Patrol is up to the task of deterring their routine presence. If not for the excessive noise, I would be very satisfied with my stay at Town Square, Wagon Wheel.
