I have had alot of issues with the front office staff for various issues regarding multiple things going on in the complex. The gates leading into the parking lots seems to be non functional to the remote 80% of the time, and the doors allowing guests into the complex seem to be missing handles ( either non functional or missing ) various times throughout our 2 year stay here. When we mention such issues to the office, they usually brush us off or put it off to a later time, only to never fix the issue at hand. To further the problem, the front office staff are very impolite and inconsiderate. Specifically Samantha ( who might be the lead leasing agent ) and Alexis, who is a colleague. I would recommend some resolve within the administrating office.

It is very noisy and disruptive. Poop can be found all over the garden area. The staff are great. The gym equipment is good but is missing some key items.

I like the proximity to shopping, movie theatre, parks and restaurants. The amenities are nice and overall pretty quiet.

I was extremely disappointed with Mosaic for the amount of money they charge. The one positive thing I can say, it's close to the 101 freeway, which was convenient . I leased a 1B 1B for 1 year, and paid almost $2700, plus extra for utilities, extermination, water etc... First off I was NOT given a garage space, and was told that particular apartment doesn't come with it. They have a place to store your bicycle and strollers, but is kept LOCKED and not able to use by tenants. I was told by management many people put other things in it. So no bike storage for me. Needless to stay, my bike got rusted out on the balcony. The hallways and stairwells where never cleaned once in the entire year I was there. The floors are full of dirt streaks from people carrying there garbage to the shoot. You can be expected to find tons and tons of nats flies outside your doorway in the summer. When I complained, I was told there was nothing they could do about that, even though I was paying for extermination as part of my other fees due. The office had nice ladies working there overall, except for the manager, she is condescending, neglectful, and just down right rude at times. At one point while talking to a worker in the office, the manager was screaming from her office to answer a question that I was asking. I thought to myself, is this how professionals conduct themselves? Crazy. They wanted to raise my rent by a few hundred dollars, after I have paid on time, without incidence, for a year. I then looked up online and saw Mosaic advertising the rate I was originally paying, which was almost $2700, so why would I pay more?
