Overall a great place!

Although there may have been some challenges at first, the staff at Shadow Way has worked hard on getting the parking under control. There are still some neighbors that do not follow the parking rules but it has improved alot. It might be noisy occasionally because it is apartment living but the property itself is spaced out very nicely with alot of trees and grass. Overall a great place and very affordable. The management company really does try to create a nice community for the residents and are always trying to improve things.

I have lived here for 20+ years and appreciate the professionalism of staff and maintenance crew. Within walking distance to two shopping centers, which is convenient for those without a car.

Good value, but not much else

Shadow Way offers a good value due to the affordable housing, but there is no parking enforcement and no security on site so I always wonder if that car alarm I heard was mine.
