I love Canyon!
I've lived here since 2004 almost 20 years. I retired from the military and found it to be very convenient for me. The office and maintenance staff has always been very pleasant.
Overall beautiful
The parking can get a little crazy but all places are really close to my apartment. There’s an endless amount of things to do here.
Good
The parking is really bad ,people speed in and out of the parking lot, a lot of cars with no permits park anywhere they want people that have car ports take parking from tenants because they are closer to their front door . There are to many cars with expired tags ,people just do whatever they want with parking . Over the weekend the dumpsters gets over filled with trash because tenants are limited to one dumpster. Some Little kids drag there trash bags all the way from there front door which causes the trash bag to rip and trash to fall all over the floor .you can see the drag marks. They leave the trash on the floor outside the dumpster area and on the floor In dumpster area. Cars park in the tenant parking and leave there cars there for months on end without moving them . There is also still a lot of dog poo everywhere and owners that let them run around with no leash please more audits are needed on cars and car ports and animals . Thank you .
