Canyon Club Apartments are overall okay. Management and maintenance do their best, and about 80% of the time issues are taken care of in a timely manner. There’s room for improvement in consistency and communication, but it’s a decent place to live.

Since my partner and I moved here it has been pleasant, only two things i'd have to complain about is when renting here request to see your actual unit before signing. I'm really unhappy about having to pay an annual fee for a parking sticker after i already pay for a reserved spot. This fee should be waived if you already are paying an additional fee of $50 for a reserved spot.

Not a bad place to live. Some lights need to be fixed and some small maintenance issues. Such as lights and a 24/7 alarm from the control panel outside my apartment.

The Canyon Club Apaetments are great! Clean, quiet great amenities, you can have pets and 1 mile away from the Beach you cant beat it.

Finding Canyonside Club Apartments was the best thing ever. I will admit I was a bit hesitant when my partner told me he found the posting on Craigslist. We reached out and immediately was in contact with Stephanie who was very pleasant and accommodating, my partner and i moved here from the San Fernando Valley due to a promotion I was awarded. After many apartment viewings he never shared his opinions until we viewed our current home. Thank you.
