There are two phases that are very confusing. Seems theres one owner, but two different management companies. The staff doesnt make anything easy for one. They have affordable rent butexplain it in a way that you think you have a chance to get an apt necessary to your needs. However, you have to move into a 2nd sty unit first at regular price, then get on list for affordable apt and when that comes up, move again. In my case, I am disabled by age and injuries and have placard and letter, so I MUST have a first floor apt. So, this whole ritual they pull on you isa big waste of time.
