Hillside Gardens

On March 12, 2026 my $1,000 e-bike was stolen from the “secure” garage at Hillside Gardens, 555 Greenbrier Drive, Oceanside. Cameras and gate were broken with no notice to residents, even though signs said cameras were working. We relied on management, security, and the gate to protect our property. Landlord refused any rent reduction, only cited the lease disclaimer (CA-046 page 8 line 17), and ignored my follow-up emails. This violates CACI No. 1006, Civil Code §1941.1, and Green v. Superior Court. Unacceptable treatment for a young tenant with limited income.

Location is good besides the homeless people and loud noises surrounding the area
