Two-year resident - charges are added without consent and against the law - tenants move out due to lack of communication - some residents pay less than others based on "accommodations" - Ownership changed two times - red flag -

I’ve been living here a number of years and wanted to highlight my experiences with the front office and ESPECIALLY Sandra. Time and again she greats me warmly and with professionalism. Recently had an issue with my ac on a hot day and hearing of the issue she immediately took to getting it resolved with a smile. No issue or concern is too small to receive her warm demeanor and best efforts to resolve. Thank you!!

I've been living here for more than a few years and I have had nothing but great experiences here from the people I've met to the staff I've encountered. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to live in a nice community with awesome people. Sandra, in the office, is amazing and friendly and easy to work with. Ricky in maintenance is truly a professional and great person to work with as well! Come check it out!
