Not an enjoyable place to live, overpriced given the market and ammenities. Commitment to not installing security cameras despite numerous incidents has been..disappointing. Would not recommend.

Studio Apt Review

Lived here almost 1 year. Overall, I'm satisfied with my apartment but there are a few issues. Biggest complaint is noise from other apartments. There are very thin walls and ceilings and it's very easy to hear neighbors, especially upstairs neighbors. Amenities are also quite poor for the rent price. Gym has been renovated and it's been a big improvement, but it still lacks basic fitness equipment (esp free weights) and is very small. Studio apartments lack a dishwasher or a large sink to at least make hand washing dishes easier. Disappointed that composting is still not available. Was told it would be when I moved in. Elevator has been broken for over a month now. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.
