I've lived here for 2 years. I moved here because of the building's partnership with Oakland teacher housing program. It's a great location - walking distance to the Lake, Whole Foods and there's parking. My apt is spacious and I haven't had many issues. Maintenance has been pretty prompt. However, the garage isn't very secure and the laundry situation can be frustrating. But overall, I am fine living here.
