We have lived here for about two months now and have had a nice experience. Friendly neighbors, and responsive staff via call and text. Rent payment portal is straight forward, as are utilities and how it is set up with LADWP. We had a few issues upon move in with mailbox and kitchen storage but those were resolved promptly. It is in a great location for us as well and overall, we are happy here.

I had a few issues I came across when I moved in and due to my concern I reach moss and company and OESHA transfers me to ADAM the supervisor and they both never returned my calls. I left four voicemails and emailed the contact page, and as of today! No returned call or efforts to follow up with a new tenant. And management is #1 to me and not luxury or location.
