We love living at Park Newport. We find the rent increase quite steep. The amenities are decent as is the management. Some of the maintenance can be terrific and others quite poor. Spending loads of $$ to built beautiful pickleball courts which don't drain seems a little short sighted. The new tennis coaching and clinics has been terrific and helps create a real community. The workman using the open parking seems ridiculous to me, a portion of the parking under the tennis courts should be marked off and used for this purpose. I am sure there are many non residents using some of the facilities and it would be great if there was a way to deter that. All in all we are happy here, just don't know how much longer we can afford to stay, particularly if the rents continue to increase.

Park Newport is in a beautiful location, with lovely spacious grounds, wonderful pool and gymn. The place has a good vibe. On the other hand, i wish i had a washer and dryer. The closest laundry room is in another building— too far away. The parking spaces are too narrow, causing issues between tenants.

The staff is rude and the neighbors are loud and park newport does nothing about it. Also, CON service over charges.
