The community is quiet and in an ideal location close to South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island and tons of food.

Fairway Villas apartments are beautiful, spacious and clean. It is very close to several restaurants and fast food places. Close to the freeway. Minutes away from South Coast Plaza. The neighborhood is great. Lots of kids, room for them to play. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. The management is responsive and friendly. Manager lives on site. They offer a shared car garage with room to store belongings. They have a washer/dryer hook up in a small closet in the back patio. The patios are pretty large, with room to put patio furniture, a small patch of grass you could garden on if you wanted. No amenities, no pool or work out center. You get a lot for your money.

Priscilla is awesome. She is responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful with any concerns that I may have. Greg in maintenance is very helpful and is prompt in fixing any issues we have had. They both make living at Fairway Villas a pleasure.
