I've been living at The Collective for over a year and couldn't be happier. My apartment is perfect; the manager, Lili, is so kind and professional, and Moises, the maintenance manager, is top-notch. I feel so lucky to live here.

I've lived in The Collective for about ten months and couldn't be happier. My apartment was beautifully appointed when I moved in and had the best energy. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. The management, especially Lily and Moises, are outstanding. In the middle of all things good in Newport Beach, and close to the freeway. Love it here!

We moved into Dover Heights in December of 2020. We have experienced amazing service from the manager and maintenance personnel. Nice, attentive, always willing to lend a hand. Not a shabby place to call home, very walkable area, stores and banks nearby. Plus, only 3 miles away from CDM and the Harbor! Such an amazing community! What they lack in amenities (there are 4 pools and a very basic gym) they compensate with service. I Highly Recommend moving to Dover Heights in Newport Beach. Call our manager Lily, she'll help you out!
