Nice place to live
Parking is extremely difficult if you need more than 2 spaces or like having guests visit. Good amenities and the people are mostly nice, the top draw for me is the nice quiet location
Best Community in SoCal
From the first day I came to tour this community I knew it was the perfect place for my family and I to live. I called many places most did not answer or had an automated service that would hang up on you. Sharon answered my call, her and Briana answered all my questions and concerns right away. Our new home is located right in between I15 and I215, so we are less than 5 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. The community has a beautiful gym with all modern equipment, a business room and also a big pool that was just renovated! The schools in this area are great and there is even a school bus stop right outside the complex that way you can just pick-up your kids there instead of having to leave an hour earlier just to find parking or be stuck in traffic. The few times that we've put in work order requests Ed and Brian have fixed the issue the same day! My family and I love living here and highly recommend this community if you're lucky enough to find a vacancy.
