Maintenance is slow with response... if I don't follow up on issues after they have started the workorder, Maintenance will not be completed. No parking for anyone outside of residence, don't bother having anyone visit

Love this place
It's been a pleasure living at Bell Murrieta Springs for the past 3 years. The new management has taken things to the next level by addressing some minor concerns with pet waste and noise.
