could be better
the staff is good. parking is a hassle for our guess. It does get load at night with neighbors. High cost to live there with lack of open amenities. The room next to the pool has to be rented out is crazy just to play ping pong.
Great Place To Call Home!
Mitchell Place apartments are a wonderful place to call home. I have owned homes since in my 20’s and this was a first for me....apartment living. I definitely had some reservations. All my hesitations were relieved. It has been a great experience. Everyone is extremely friendly, the grounds are kept up beautifully, and the staff is accommodating and helpful. It has been a very positive experience for me. Courtney, the property manager has been amazing. I had so many reservations and questions and she put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Mitchell Place! So grateful I made the decision to call this home... in this transition in my life.
