The experience is nice but gate is always broken. Ans the spike in rhe rent has continued to become overpriced. The increase in water and utilities soesnt make sense because its winter ans we are uaing less watee as a whole. The townhomes with treas ahouls bw upkept ans have the pario xleaned up with the leavws because its a constant mess with no access fo a hose to wash it down.

I have lived here for almost 3 years now, and I love it more every year! This apartment complex beats any around, the staff and maintenance are amazing and so helpful and kind, the grounds are clean, and the landscaping is beautiful, and the apartments and townhomes themselves are adorable And a great place for you and your family to live. I highly recommend this complex to anyone anyone looking to live in the Murrieta/ Temecula area.
