Noise, garbage bills, ground maintenance

Please consider the animals can make a lot noise and using the bathrooms in the flower beds. Please consider our garbage bills $125.00 per month is too much.

Noise Problem

I been living here quit sometime now and enjoyed it. Please control the barking dogs and the waste. Our tenants who lives on the second floors to be respectful on the tenants that lives below. The walls, windows are very thin and you can hear every noise. We you come home from work you want to rest and read a book. Please help with this problem. It is getting out of hand. Most pet owners will not submit to the guidelines. Thank you.
