I have been living in this unit going on 8 years. Management sends us notifications that maintenance will be coming to my unit to see what needs to be fixed. My kitchen drawers are broken, the carpet is lifting, and the air filter has not been replaced in over a year. To this day, no one has come to my unit to see what needs to be done. I love it here, but management has to do better to serve us.

Great location
I have been living at Ridgeview Apartments for a while now, and I am very satisfied with my experience. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and the community is friendly. I appreciate the prompt and efficient service provided by the staff, which makes living here comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend Ridgeview Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

NICE PLACE TO LIVE
MY EXPERIENCE THUS FAR HAS BEEN PLEASANT. VERY QUIET ATMOSPHERE. I DO FEEL THE OLDER TEENAGERS NEED TO BE REGULATED MORE. THE CAT ISSUE NEEDS TO DECREASE. AS TENANTS WE NEED MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. FOLLOW-UPS ARE MUCH NEEDED ALSO.
