Living then move out

The only good thing about this place is that there is plenty of parking here and that the service request is always fulfilled in orderly time. Other then that we notice that the pool is always dirty, foggy and somewhat slimy, neighbors meeting up with outside people to fight at 1am ( I have video) cockroaches running around outside at night and when we tired to have inspection done to turn in the apparent they left us waiting from 10am til 2pm just for us to call them and they tell us that they would have to reschedule after they had already called us and said they would stop by at 11am. Then the day that was set for the reschedule we got here on time 10am sharp no one shows up we go to the office and they are closed had to wait around for an hour just to turn in the keys no inspection was ever done. Every unprofessional. Gates to come in and out never work, random people come to use the pool since the gates don’t close and trash the pool area.

Wonderful Experience Living at Rancho Belago

Hello, I... We have enjoyed our time living at Rancho Belago. Love our Apartment Location and we have never had any issues with our neighbors. The Maintenance Team has been very attentive. The Office staff is simply wonderful, great Job overall. I would recommend Rancho Belago as being a very nice place to enjoy Home time. The pool can be a bit noisy at times. And of course, our homeless population around the area does have the occasional visit here and there. I'm not sure we can do much regarding that anywhere in the city. Gym area is very nice also, every time I have used it - it has been clean. Suggestions: Would be to open the Main area after hours where we can enjoy time after work. It's only open during the day which most of the time people work and closed on the weekends.
