So far im happy with the cost, I am not sure about the area but its decent and from what I heard quiet. They do not provide Refrigerator or Microwave which is the first apartment I have been in that doesnt. There are also no washer and dryer hook ups that also makes me a little sad. The layout is nice, but kitchen is very small. Also it does not have central AC.

Heacock and Eucalyptus are drag strips. Loud cars all night long. TOO EXPENSIVE. The washers and dryers MIGHT work. Lights not working in the carport. Management was good, until the new guys replaced the girls.
