I'm writing this review being it'll be about a 2 year mark. When we moved in I noticed our door latch was and is severely damaged. We put an order in about it, and was never fixed. The front door hovers a bit and you'd have to pull the door tightly just to unlock/lock it. The gates never work, there's are uninvited guests all the time going to the trash cans to make a mess. The amenities are bare minimum. The included gym have dated/overused equipment. The pool during summer time were majority closed. The playground for kids have graffiti and seemed to never be cleaned. I can say the maintenance workers are the nicest. Overall, the rent is high for what my family and I are using. I'm just grateful we have a roof over our heads.

My 1 year review

First and foremost I’m not saying don’t move here but this is my experience so far. From the day I moved in (first floor) I went upstairs and introduced myself to my upstairs neighbors as most would when moving to a new location, and after multiple attempts to speak to them in regards to the noise I hear upstairs (running, stomping, yelling etc), I have not been met with any compromise from them. Furthermore, when I put in a request for maintenance it takes about 4 - 7 days from input to completion at apartment which is ironic because if i outsourced for a handyman the job would be completed in 1 - 2 days. Also there has been maintenance jobs that I have requested and it was stated that the work was completed however no work has been done. In addition, the main entrance gates are always open so if safety is a concern then keep that in mind as there has been times where the garbage area was picked through by the homeless who also leave shopping carts from the nearby stores. Overall I would rate this apartment complex a 4 out of 10. But if you need a place to live to make ends meet then it’s okay.
