Comfortable place to live. I wish the BBQ were in metter condition but otherwise things are in good shape.

Great value. Friendly staff. Very responsive.

Overall, the qualiry of the property is definitely inproving after it had been neglected for a bit. Unfortunately, some of the residents don’t appreciate the amenities and have damaged things like the grills (especially the one on tje rooftop) and the firepits are mostly non-functional as are most of the large screen TV’s. Hopefully, these things csn be attended to and maintained with a better level of respect from the residents.
