Feedback for Greystar - Using my previous apartment experiences as a frame of reference, the MODA lease renewal process is quite choppy. Meaning my previous experiences were much more streamlined and as simple as getting one single notification on the resident portal, choosing a month-to-month or fixed range. You click, sign, and done. In this instance... I got a paper notice delivered to my door (no email). Went to the leasing office and was told to check the resident portal, only to find nothing. Came back to the leasing office and learned no email was sent for the income verification process. Now signing a scanned document instead of a digitally generated one. Will have to go back into the resident portal. There's a much better way to handle this, and I would respectfully encourage Greystar to audit other property management systems. My child and I enjoy living here, but it's been a choppy ops and management experience across the board since we moved in. Our apartment's laminate flooring was not properly installed, and we also experienced an upstairs leak that was not handled properly by the mediation contractor.

Not the best experience. Maintenance is slow to move on repairs. Correspondence with leasing team is pretty much on you. If you want get in contact with them, you need to go down to the leasing office. They don’t do the best with responding to emails or phone calls. Package is always stolen whether at door or in mail room. Security is not good.

Parking for guests are not available even if you have permits as it's always full. Neighbor's dogs are noisy and once you open your window you can smell your neighbors smoking weed.

Everything is pretty well kept, but the trash rooms always have trash on the floor and rules are not followed.
