live at Alexan Marmont over a year, and the ongoing parking situation has become extremely frustrating. This is now the fourth time someone has parked in my assigned space. Residents pay for designated parking, yet there appears to be little to no effective enforcement in the parking structure. On top of that, people regularly park wherever they want in the guest parking area with no apparent consequences. Having to deal with this repeatedly is inconvenient, stressful, and unacceptable. A secured parking structure should provide basic organization and peace of mind, but instead it feels unmanaged and poorly enforced. Management needs to take this issue seriously and implement consistent enforcement. Until meaningful action is taken, this will remain a significant concern for residents who rely on their assigned parking.
