Great to be located so close to get to many places. Nearby to beaches, and a great variety of restaurants and shopping. Also easy to access freeways or streets from here to get most anywhere. Overall quiet apartment. Maintenance is fast and good quality. Love having a dedicated parking space.

Love that this building is located centrally to lots of things such as the beach and East on Venice Blvd to the art museums. Also a great location near restaurants and shopping.

I lived at Vista Apartments for 8 years and recently moved out only because I needed a two bedroom unit. My experience at Vista was one of the best living experiences I have ever had. Maintenance and staff, particularly Shireen, went above and beyond to make sure any issues were promptly dealt with and to make sure tenants always felt safe and secure. The building and unit was always properly maintained. Neighbors are friendly, building is pet friendly. Units and building are mostly upgraded and the neighborhood (Mar Vista) is beautiful. This location is one of the best values you can get in LA. It's close to some of the best restaurants on the west side, including Titos Tacos (just three blocks away). Centrally located between Downtown Culver and Venice beach. Quick bike rides to the beach or different parts of the west side is a fun activity. You won't regret living here.
