I’ve lived in this building for over 5 years. Since Wiseman took over the property, the quality of living has declined significantly (I’d say from 5 to 2). They have closed all the amenities—including the gym, shared patio, and parking spaces—and repurposed them to build additional units, treating the building more like an investment than a community. Meanwhile, rents continue to increase annually to the maximum legal rate. The rent no longer matches the amenities or services provided. Not recommended!

Despite raising rent, they removed the apartment gym. They charge you $7/month to tell you how much you owe on utilities.
