I've lived at 8569 Burton Way for the past 6 years and overall its been a great experience. The building manager is super helpful and responsive. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Having secured garage parking, central AC, and in-unit washer and dryer is a big deal and super important in LA. Perfect location and walkable to the mall and hundreds of stores.

Everything breakes because its all cheap materials. When the kind maintenance folks come they try their best to work through the repairs. Nothing is actually replaced as an equal substitute.. only a penny’s on the dollar quick fix replacement im interim. Only units on the market for long get updated and all existing tenants suffer with building defects and broken equipment and faulty expectations of being resolved. Management only speaks to existing tenants when new prospective tenants tour tge property. Ceilings are sinking from above tenant’s kitchen and bathroom pipes burtsting.

Maintenance is a hassle Too noisy on the bedroom side. Air conditioning is like sleeping by a construction site.
