Summer is Amazing!

My roommate and I really enjoy living at 920 Wilcox Ave. Our neighbors are friendly and the overall complex is well maintained. The property manager, Summer, is the highlight of living here. She's on top of everything and is a fantastic communicator. 920 Wilcox is a great place to live!

Okay overall

The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, but building maintenance/staff communication is subpar. Also, tenants can be very noisy and management doesn't do anything about it.
