Garage gates break often and take a while to fix. Poses a but of a safety issue, but otherise a solid living space.

After I moved in, the elevator broke down a week later and has not worked for 2 months, paperwork takes up to 2 weeks, half of the parking is free, well, in the office they said that everything is occupied, I asked for a place with charging, I waited more than a week since all the parking lots with charging are ordinary gasoline cars, I got a place, but it turned out that the charger does not work, I came to the office to solve this problem they said to write to the website in technical support, technical support has been silent for 2 days, in the office no matter what you come, then one person is not there without whom they can not solve anything, then another, it takes up to 2 weeks to resolve any issue, if you move in together, it is impossible to pay the fee from 1 card since the card is frozen in one person's account and you cannot indicate it in another account, which seems complete nonsense to me, you cannot pay bills whenever you want, you have to wait until access opens, the commission for the transaction is $ 90, this is just robbery, the walls are cardboard, you can hear who is where and what they are doing, a 70-page lease agreement, which states that you You don't owe anything, you just owe everyone and everything.

Overall, the ammenities, views, and location are great. Apartments have decent storage. 24hr security is great, they’re all super nice. Leasing is sometimes tricky to get a hold of. Maintenece usually has a fast and effective turnaround on work orders. Only complaint is that visitor parking is fairly inconvenient. Since the Bellwether opened, they take all the street parking on concert nights. Additionally, the building began leasing, what used to the guest parking in the building, to LAUSD and the Bellwether. The Joe’s parking staff aren’t very nice and have yelled at my guests and tried to make them pay despite being guests of a resident.

Everything is fine for the price but the noise between units.. this dry wall is too cheap!! I can literally hear my neighbor talking on the phone in the morning when i wake up. Its so clear that i can even understand what she is saying. We need privacy.
