Overall, the ammenities, views, and location are great. Apartments have decent storage. 24hr security is great, they’re all super nice. Leasing is sometimes tricky to get a hold of. Maintenece usually has a fast and effective turnaround on work orders. Only complaint is that visitor parking is fairly inconvenient. Since the Bellwether opened, they take all the street parking on concert nights. Additionally, the building began leasing, what used to the guest parking in the building, to LAUSD and the Bellwether. The Joe’s parking staff aren’t very nice and have yelled at my guests and tried to make them pay despite being guests of a resident.

This apartment complex is pretty much perfect for the cost. Great rooms, amenities, and good response time when something breaks. Having 24 hr security is so nice! The only two things that are inconvenient are the noise from the street and guest parking. We used to have a lot for guests to park 24/7. Theyre now only allowed 8pm-6am weekdays and 24 hrs on saturday and sunday. If you plan on having friends over during the week, good luck to them trying to find street parking (or they have to wake up at 5:30)!

I have lived here for a month now. Sara at the leasing office is very helpful. The property itself (Atleast near my apartment) is quiet. There may be noise from streets but that is expected. The pool looks clean. The gym looks nice. Looking forward to using the amenities more.
