Apt 205 is still the worst tenant for beimb loud and obnoxious with music. Thanks for not fixing this problem and making living here unenjoyable.

I've lived in this building for a while and the community is great, but the maintenance and leasing team tend to be hard to communicate with. The BBQ area is nice, as is the pool.

I am absolutely happy with my living sutuatiion. Adam, the leasing office manager is the sweetest human being ever. Parking has two spots per unit. I got nothing bad to say about my current status. If they would be selling apartmsnts id be the first to buy it because i created a real home. The only strange thing is that you do not know your beigbohrs , although

Comfortable, convenient location, great parking, close to multiple stores and civil transportation, i.e. bus, subway, if you need it.

The people that live here do not care aboit anyone else. Rent is too high and I will probably move soon.
