Great staff--decent value for apartments

New manager is great. Anytime I need anything he goes above and beyond. Vincente is fast and efficient with maintenance. Cute apartment with exposed brick wall and new cabinets/appliances although it wasn't quite ready for me when I moved in. One of my kitchen cabinets is missing a shelf and some of them are missing the hardware to hold them up... which is tough since there isn't a lot of space for storage in the kitchen. The toilet seat is also about to come off :). All this was the fault of the previous manager but still annoying. Just trying not to overload staff with all of these tasks.

Great place for the price

Really cute apartment. Modernized and totally remodeled. Have had a few minor maintenance issues. My hear still hasn’t been fixed and my air conditioner hasn’t been installed (that one can wait anyway since it’s still winter). Upstairs neighbors are pretty noisy.
