Good location but hot temperatures.

Pros: -Good location in trendy HLP -Pet friendly -Dog park walking distance -Hiking trails walkimg distance -Stainless steel appliances included -Maintenance CONS: -Temperatures reach 90 degrees in living room and kitchen even with portable ac units during summer - Freezing cold temperatures during winter -Poor communication with management and no prompt responses -Neighbors who dont respect other and take packages -Location is next to over 100 homeless tiny homes -Parking hard to find in the streets -Not enough storage -Washer and dryer are not powerful enough and require multiple cycles
