The Carriage House, located just north of Hollywood Boulevard near Carlton Way Avenue, is a museum and business park. The gated complex is made up of five business suites containing the Art school, Patches Sound, One Penny Ad Agency and the William H Tilley Family Foundation. The original carriage house was built in 1890 and has been renovated many times. A large working fountain decorates the courtyard area which also has outdoor seating and horse head ties guard the entrance. Inside there are antique carriages of all kinds, and art work from the turn of the century decorates the walls.
