Very nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Building is old but well kept. The management agent is terrific. Responsive, efficient, and caring.

Love this place! We've been here about 6 months, and there is so much close by including great areas to walk, wonderful restaurants, and 300 steps to Trader Joe's. The building is very well maintained, and the management company is very responsive. It's centrally located - a mile from The Grove, a mile from West Hollywood, and a mile from Beverly Hills. Literally a block from Cedar-Sinai Hospital, and less than a mile to Kings Road Cafe for the best cappuccino in LA.

Great building managers who are responsive and friendly. Frequently broken elevator is a problem and the noise levels from upstairs neighbors is loud.

I have lived here for nearly two years, and it has been okay. Great parking garage, large apartments with all the bells and whistles. However, I wish the bathrooms were updated.

There have been some serious concerns including garage safety, open and unlatched exterior doors. We have had serious leaks and plumbing issues.
