This building has a good set up for being friendly with your neighbors. But this building is aging. Certain units have black mold issues. The Parking gate has been broken and left open for almost a year now. A pipe broke above my kitchen. It took maintenance 4 days to source the leak. There was no offer of sending me some place to reside while it was fixed. There was no communication on when it would be fixed. I'm friendly with the maintenance guy, so I asked him to repair the kitchen light which had been flooded. It was a month before I got light back in my kitchen. The ceiling is still showing signs of moisture, which feels like a breeding ground for more black mold. In total, the building is kept clean looking, but any serious issues (the parking gate, the leak, one laundry machine has been out of service for 4 months, etc.) go unattended.
