Alex on property is great but....

Alex is great and keeps the property clean but sometimes the roof top is very dusty so not usable. Suzannah hardly ever responds.

Not a Hollywood fan

Not a fan of hollywood. Could of gotten better soundproof windows to cancel noise from the street

Okay

Overall the building is okay however the callbox frequently experiances issues such as the fob not working, codes not working, being unlocked at all hours of the day and night. There is no one available on a sunday and it takes a long time for things to be resolved and there needs to be constant reminders sent to the office.

Happy, pretty, sunlight

Absolutely in love with the complex! Just kind of hard to get ahold of the staff, took a while to get set up with paying rent the mail box and we ended up figuring out the wifi on our own from a neighbor! But overall obsessed with the apartment comples! One concern is the garage gate to the lower level, It looks like sometimes the chains are just going ti give out haha
