Great location and safe which is why I choose to live in Brentwood. That said, the street parking situation or lack of permitting is a nightmare. Combined with the constant construction that is always heard even on weekends, it gets to be a bit much. Easy solutions would be to get the street permitted, and regulate the construction noise to certain reasonable hours.

Great location, if you're already a resident, great prices, but everything else is minimal at best. Management "waits" until something it miserable before taking action.

Application fee of $50, Trash: Studio/One-Bedroom $30, Two-Bedroom $40.00, $Three-Bedroom $50, Four-Bedroom $60, Five-Bedroom $70. SCEP Fee of $2.83 and RSO Fees according to city regulation and if applicable. Security Deposit equal to one-month of rent.
