Been here about a year, and it has been a good place to be during that time.

The upper floor has been renovated and replaced with new flooring in the past few months, and since then the footsteps of the people living upstairs have been so loud I can't relax. In particular, when the person living upstairs walks through their bedroom, the window of our bedroom vibrates and the noise is so loud that I can't sleep well.

Moss & Co is doing a solid job at maintaining Keystone Apartments. We have had a few property managers since our time here. Maintenance requests are answered promptly for the most part. Tenants are all super nice and quiet.
