Location is everything

I've lived at 230 building since 2018, right before covid happened. My studio was clean, tidy, neat, and provided a safe home for me while I was working fulltime in downtown LA and taking night classes at trade tech college. It has been a nice place to call home. I love the historic value of the building, very humble and cozy for a single person. Building has a small community of its tenants, an on-site manager who is responsive to most inquiries from the tenants.

Good starter studio

Its a good place to start off. Its very tiny living but you get use to it. And your near downtown and USC so theres alot to do and its all fairly close. Also our janitor is one of the nicest people ever and he keeps the building really clean.
