a lot of noise, very bad amenities with exception to the amazon locker, but that is pretty much standard in this area.

OK so I was a bit skeptical about moving into this place because of the reviews and also the ratings being about 2.5 stars. However, I have moved into other apartments where it has had a low rating and also reviews were bad and turned out to have good experiences. So I found this place and even though it was not quite up-to-date the only thing that needed to be upgraded was the light fixtures in the kitchen and the stove, which is something that I can live with. Overall the property since I moved in has been clean and also maintenance has been on point as far as coming to fix things that need to be fixed. I have moved in on a weekend and I had plumbing issues with the toilet and maintenance. Did not even hesitate to actually fix my toilet, but then had to replace it. I also appreciate the manager Priscilla, who is very communicative and who does not beat around the bush. She’s basically upfront and forth with everything. I love managers like that who do not sugarcoat because I just hate a fake person. But overall I have a one bedroom and I’m pleased with the amount because in this area it is very hard to find a one bedroom apartment less than $2400 a month for rent. I thought this unit had air condition however, it does not because literally I am down the street from the marina which gives a great breeze. I love the fireplace and also the heating that comes through the vents and the unit because living by the marina does get cold at times. I love the fact that this building does not have a lot of noise generated here and also, I’m not trying to be discriminative, but it does not have any kids that I have heard . My balcony faces on the main street and I thought I would have a little bit more noise traffic than usual and honestly it is not that bad. Also, I thought parking would be bad and it is not. I love the fact that my unit comes with a parking and I don’t have to pay extra month. But also, there is plenty of street parking along the apartment
