Broadway Palace Apartments -North

From meeting Lance, his professionalism and upbeat personality, the amenities, the buildings uniqueness and affordability, we were definitely sold on leasing here.

The apartment is cute, still need more time to fully be aware of everything. But the location is great!

This location is great at first. But once you settle in all the noise and hassle I'll be in town town really kicks in. Plus the amenities here are nice but they charge you to use some of the common areas which is ridiculous considering the cost of rent. Additionally the parking is the worst. I paid for security that doesn't work.

This location is decent—not exceptional, but pleasant. However, the security team is ineffective. While they are not bad individuals, they do not perform their duties adequately, which is concerning given that their primary responsibility is security. The amenities appear attractive in photos, but in reality, they are lacking. The movie room is outdated and rarely functional, and the gyms are quite small. Additionally, charging extra fees for certain amenities on top of rent feels excessive and just greedy. That said, the staff is consistently friendly and professional. While they may not always have immediate solutions, their effort is appreciated. Special recognition goes to the maintenance and cleaning crews, who do an outstanding job.
