great place but the parking is weird and hard. the gate sometimes doesnt work and security is needed there. multiple packages have been stolen and the only people i can talk to are the security at the front. Only 1 guard has been kind enough to help and look at the cameras, but that is all he can do. there is no other recourse for stolen packages. since most anyone can get into the lobby and to the other floors.

I just moved in but i love its so peaceful and everyone is helpful. I definitely am excited for my new home .??

My experience has overall been decent and mostly livable, however several experiences with repairs have been very underwhelming. The amenities and the experience have gone on an overall decline since I first moved in, the common area furniture does not seem to be routinely cleaned based on observable stains and frequent debris. There was a ceiling air duct that had collapsed in the parking garage and it took multiple weeks to repair and was only propped up by a ladder and traffic cones during the time it wasn't repaired. An entire stack of units went without air-conditioning in one of the hottest months this year, and there was little to no communication during the repair. The communal barbecues do not have the ignition buttons and doe not have adequate cleaning equipment to use before and after use. The parking garage was just power-washed for the first time in my two years living here and not every floor was thoroughly washed. The gates on multiple occasions have refused to let me in or out of the parking garage because of previous malfunctions to the gate. The door to the 11th floor gym doesn't have a function lock and the water bottle fill station does not ever work. A treadmill has been unusable and out of order for at least one month. There is extremely little communication from people from the office and very little notice is given to important changes or communal area closures to the building. One change for instance is the change of interface of this website, the same website I use to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.

Theres lots to do around here, location is prime, amenities are nice and never too packed. I wish there was more structure with the parking but its never a huge issue

I just signed a lease for my 3rd year here. The staff, amenities, and location are fantastic. My one complaint is the safety for parking. Having a dedicated parking attendant to ensure cars don't get broken into would do wonders.

Broadway palace has the best location and the best ammenities in dtla. The size of the rooms in the apartments is also bigger than most apartments in the area. Everything is still quite new, however, when something breaks down it is repair within the hour simply by submitting a ticket online. Great experience overall!
