Great for people who don't stay at home much.

ITs a great place because you can walk almost anywhere and be somewhere locally. 30 min walks takes you most places in this area. Supermarket nearby, People are chill. Safe neighborhood. Monthly parking structures nearby if you need to leave town for a bit. Price is good for what you get. The only issue is cooking. No ovens and not so much space to prep a meal or make multiple items simultaneously. So i would assume to get , ready made meals to put in a microwave oven/ or decant snacking items.

Terrible

There is no on-site parking. There are no amenities (except for the the coin washing machine that is frequently out of order). Staff is non existent at best and detrimental at worst. Value gets worse every year and the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors watching TV. Great location tho.
